Andrew is a Master Builder with over 30 years’ experience building state of the art projects. His experience has even reached international fame - building houses for Hugh Grant and Seal in the United Kingdom.
Andrew specialises in both residential and commercial builds and played a key role in achieving a 6 Green Star rating on a commercial build. Continuing to quantify the performance of his builds, Andrew has recently overseen a Premium Homes residential project that earned 8 stars.
Andrew is a family man, spending his spare time with his family, fishing, mountain biking, diving and playing squash.
Kelly has been in the building industry since 1987, initially as an electrician and then extensively in automated systems. He has a strong background in home development and business management. He's been developing houses since the 90's, and his experience is obvious in his stunning properties.
Looking after clients' needs is one of Kelly's top priorities - he loves giving advice on where clients should and shouldn’t invest their building budget. His goal is to create the best outcome for your home - with your budget and time frame in mind.
Kelly is a family man and his family values are evident when it comes to working with clients. In his spare time, Kelly enjoys his time with family, mountain biking and fishing.
Grant lives in Darfield with wife Michelle & their Newfoundland dogs.
Inspired by the process of designing his own home, Grant joined the building industry in 2012, where he has helped clients to design and build new homes to meet their individual requirements. Grant will often be one of the first people you'll come across at Premium Homes, he enjoys explaining how healthy homes are created and working with clients to achieve their dreams.
Outside of work Grant enjoys our environment, getting out and about in the hills, often with a camera. When he has the time and motivation, Grant paints in oils. He also enjoys music, performance cars and of course, Newfy dogs.
Brittany grew up in a small rural town south of Christchurch, qualified as an interior designer in 2014 and joined the team at Premium homes the same year. Brittany is currently studying construction management.
In 2016 Brittany rescued her dog Chyka, her wee “floofball” who didn’t have the best start in life. Her spare time is spent either studying or with Chyka.
Dave has a solid background in building and has worked on many prestigious architectural projects.
Dave joined the Premium Homes in 2015 and has led many interesting projects. Even though Dave has accomplished much in his work he says the best part of his job is the people, both clients and workmates.
Outside of work, when not spending time with his wife Olivia and daughter Lily Dave enjoys hunting and fishing.
Dan says he grew up with a hammer in his hand. He officially started his career with an apprenticeship in 2004 and joined the Premium Homes team in 2016. Dan was foreman on the project which resulted in a national win for Premium Homes in the Master Builders Awards in 2017.
Outside of work Dan enjoys golf, online gaming when he can’t get outside…and more building.
Natasha moved to Christchurch after finishing university in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2014 and she’s been working here as a Quantity Surveyor ever since, predominantly on earthquake repairs and rebuilds.
When not QS-ing, Natasha loves travelling, hiking and yoga. She also volunteers with ELP as an English tutor to migrants and refugees to NZ.
With industry experience dating back to 2014, Rebecca qualified with a Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying in 2017 and joined the Premium Homes team the same year.
Rebecca’s role at Premium Homes involves scoping, pricing and running jobs financially, so she’s involved in many projects.
When not enjoying time with family & friends you’re likely to find Rebecca at a concert or gig, or she’ll be using her creative talents, drawing or painting.
Kelvin changed his career path from working within the Chinese manufacturing industry to becoming part of the New Zealand construction industry in 2017, and he joined Premium Homes in 2019 after gaining his NZ Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Kelvin’s longer-term goal is to become a building economist.
Besides learning NZ construction techniques, Kelvin enjoys the Kiwi culture. When he’s not spending time with his family Kelvin likes aerobic activities such as hiking, swimming and long-distance running.
Kathy joined the company as Accounts Administrator in July 2017 to take care of Accounts Receivable / Payable, Payroll etc.
She lives in Clarkville, has 19 horses (gallopers) who are in various states of training, from 2 year olds through to retired racehorses.
Weekends see Kathy & her Sharpei dog (Ellie) down at the Waimak river along the many walking tracks.
